Use BTD Contracts only for documents you are allowed to send. You must not:

• send malware, or upload a file that is not the PDF you claim it is
• impersonate another person or business, or sign for someone without authority
• send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content
• use the service to commit fraud, or to collect signatures you do not intend to honour
• attempt to access another customer’s envelopes, files, or billing records
• probe, scan, or overload the service except for a test we have agreed in writing
• resell the service as your own platform without our written agreement

We may suspend sending, or close an account, if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken. We will tell the account email unless the law stops us or the suspension is needed to prevent harm.
