Is it legally binding?
Electronic signatures are recognised in most countries, for example Australia's Electronic Transactions Act, the US ESIGN Act and the EU's eIDAS. Some document types have exceptions. This is not legal advice.
Does my customer need an account?
No. Signers open the link in the email. They do not create an account or choose a password.
How am I billed?
A$1.50 including GST for each contract you send. Stripe sends a monthly invoice for the contracts sent that month, charged to the card on file. There is no subscription fee.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no subscription and no lock-in. Stop sending whenever you want. You are only invoiced for contracts already sent.
